Mary LeSourd, Shiatsu Practitioner

Picture
Mary has been practicing multiple forms of body work since the year 2000.  She is a certified Shiatsu practitioner and will come to your home to provide Shiatsu sessions.

Mary is also a certified practitioner of Watsu (Water Shiatsu), Aquatic Integration and Reiki, all of which inform her practice.  She has training in Acupressure and Cranio-Sacral therapy and has been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 2008. Mary incorporates Five Element theory in all aspects of her work.

Mary credits her land and water masters, Shinzo Fujimaki and Cameron West for their expertise and dedication to her professional development as a conduit of hands-on healing.  She is presently an Aquatic Manager at The Marsh, Center for Balance and Fitness, and has a Shiatsu and Aquatic Bodywork practice on-site.

"As a teacher of Shiatsu for more than 25 years, one of the key elements of the practice is finding the bridge between body and mind.  Mary is one of few practitioners who understands this essence, both on land and in water.  Her dedication, commitment and love for this healing art will no doubt be a "bridge" for your health and wellness.  I am confident in saying that Mary is one of the best Shiatsu practitioners I have ever trained."   --Shinzo Fujimaki
